Absolutely the best phone repair shop I ever used. Is very friendly,knowledgeable,and fair. Repaired a couple things on my phone and my wife’s phone in less than a hour. Did it all while I waited. I highly recommend using them.

The man just opened up in the area and has been working hard at showing people affordable prices for repair parts and even better affordable rates for labor service. I brought my Samsung Galaxy s21plus for new battery and charger port. Geek squad charged $350, another store in the area charged $250, this brother here charged me $150, and gave me a free screen protector, long term warranty for future repair, and blessed me with a discounted wireless charger to avoid future charging issues with the Wired charging. Getting to know him he opened up in the city over (Lawrence) and it goes to show his hard work and reliability blessed him with another location! Keep up the good work bro u gained a solid returning customer and a friend. Update, after getting my phone back for some weird reason the vision cable stopped working I brought it back and the store owner was very willing to order me new part for free and fix and also allow me to keep the wireless charger for my troubles! 10/10 on his part all the way thru
Called on a Wednesday, described my issue with my phone, thinking it was a battery bloating (gassing) issue. They told me they could order my part with a payment, and to come in the next day. I paid via square through an SMS payment, which was quoted as a better price than the other two phone repair places closer to me in Billerica. I went in the next day at the requested time for a drop off, got informed to come back in an hour. Rolled back in at the requested time, my phone was fixed, they showed me the battery and confirmed the issue, and while handling two other customers, was patient and answered my question about wireless phone charging and demonstrated that it still worked (which is a known potential issue when replacing the the battery on a Pixel 6). Definitely a gem and the service and price point is definitely worth your time and business. A+ 5 stars.
It was a great experience, quick and easy. Especially on a weekend to get a iPhone fixed. Very nice and professional! Will be returning if I ever need a fix, definitely recommend 10/10 customer service !
This is the best phone repair place I have ever been too! He was so quick with his work and efficient. He was able to answer any questions that I had. He even fixed issues that Apple wouldn’t help with unless I had an appointment that was going to be a two week wait to even get. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. All of my family and friends already agreed to come here if needed. He had the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced with any phone repair place.
I called to get my OnePlus 8 repaired, since it stopped charging. They said they had an opening, so I drove over right away. I had the parts but didn't trust myself to not break the glass back panel. They were able to successfully replace my battery and water damaged USB port and cable. My phone is now working perfectly. They're very professional, friendly and affordable. Would strongly recommend. Update: 11/22/24 They're under new ownership, but still fast, friendly and affordable. Five stars.
These guys are amazing! They replaced my broken back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro and the screen on my older version MacBook with original parts! Excellent communication, pricing and quality work!
My daughter smashed her iPad screen, like we’re talking chunks missing. I wanted to fix it for my son, so I walked in probably a half hour before they were about to close. Let me y’all, this woman took my broken iPad brought it to the back and gave it back to me 20-25 minutes later with a brand new screen! I only paid like $120 which was also GREAT! I was hesitant to write a review because I wanted to make sure it really worked. This iPad works like nothing ever even happen to it! I am so happy I went to techpro by Elysant electronics! They were so nice, fast & really reasonable with prices! God forbid something like this happens again to any of our electronics I’m not gonna even hesitate! This girl has a customer for life! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Recently broke the screen on my galaxy note 20 and was happy to find a professional right down the street. I had a great experience waiting for my phone to be repaired which took a shorter time than I was told! Was very thankful when I emailed the shop and was given options for replacement screens at different price points. The screen needed to be ordered but it was in the next day I would recommend Techpro to anyone in the market for phone or smart watch repairs
